Are you an aspiring writer? We are starting up something new. Today is the first meeting of the Writer’s Group. If you’ve ever had the thought of writing, like maybe a book, but didn’t really know what to do next, this may be the place for you.

We’ll be meeting in the conference room in the office building on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. It was agreed to email the group the piece(s) they want to share on the Monday before the upcoming Wednesday meeting. For this first meeting we’ll be working on devotions related to Pastor Allison’s Easter sermon series “Emerge” with its imagery of cocoons and butterflies. We hope to share some of these in conjunction with the sermon series. Please come and join us!
