The church staff meets once a week in the office to review & discuss what’s been happening, what’s scheduled, any problems and how we can improve to make St. Paul’s a place for people to feel welcomed and included. They discuss the coming week(s) to make things flow as they should and seek assistance from other team members if needed to make sure everything runs smoothly..
