A time of reading, meditation and prayer as we look inwardly to promote communion with God and to increase the knowledge of God’s word in our lives.

Lectio Divina is a form of meditative prayer to gain more knowledge of God’s word and open ourselves to what God it saying to us. After reading a passage from the Bible (a few or several verses) we meditate on that passage (specifically a word or phrase that stands out to us) and reflect on what it says to us.
